Edrek Tremayne
Minimalist single-line Cornish coast
Edrek Tremayne is a graphic designer turned printmaker who fell for the discipline of the single line. He works in spare two-colour screenprints, paring each Cornish scene back until only the essential gesture remains.
Edrek Tremayne strips the Cornish coast to almost nothing — a headland, a lighthouse, a wave drawn in one clean continuous line across a vast field of empty space, in one or two muted colours. Calm, modern, breathing room.
